Youth Council of St. Benedict the Abbot
Market Sundays/Share the Harvest
If you have extra produce coming up in your gardens, we have a great way to share them. Youth Council will have a table in front of the church entrance every Sunday in August. Place bags in
the baskets on the table and they will be delivered to the local Food Bank every Monday morning. A great way to share healthy food for those in need in out community....
Share the Harvest Help Needed
Youth Council will be taking part in Market Sundays/Share the Harvest.
We are asking for families to volunteer to sit at the table after the Sunday masses in August to collect the produce. The produce will then be placed in a designated area in O'Brien Hall and delivered on Mondays to the Food Bank.
Below we have listed the Sundays in August and Mass times. Please help by signing your family up to help for 15-20 minutes after Mass. We also need volunteers to take the produce to the food bank in Eighty Four on Monday each week.
